Job Description

The PPC Strategist owns campaign execution, performance, and growth within their book of business, tying efforts to client business success and greater business goals.

This self-starter works hand-in-hand with account leadership to ideate and evolve strategy, responsible for reporting, optimizations, client communication, keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing paid search campaigns across various business types, sizes, and industries
  • Providing intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data and client-specific source of truth (e.g., GA, Shopify)
  • Continuously seeking to improve campaign performance against client goals
  • Maintaining frequent and excellent communication with internal agency teams and externally with assigned clients

Role Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience
  • 1-2 years in an agency setting
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development
  • Significant campaign management experience in one or more additional campaign types: Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s), Proficiency in Google Analytics

A strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media's place in the funnel is also essential.

This part-time role requires up to 25 hours a week with hourly pay.
