We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to lead our innovative project for a residential home inspection platform. This role requires a skilled professional with strong expertise in web and mobile development to navigate project complexities and ensure efficient delivery and alignment with business and technical requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in software project management, deep knowledge of development processes, and experience working in fast-paced environments. The Senior Project Coordinator will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of web and mobile projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

  • Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and DevOps, to ensure project alignment and progress.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to track progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.

The Senior Project Coordinator will also be responsible for translating business needs into technical specifications for developers and ensuring alignment with project objectives. Additionally, the candidate will conduct gap analysis and identify areas of improvement within current processes, systems, and workflows.

  • Strong background in managing full SDLC projects, from initiation to deployment, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile development technologies, including front-end and back-end frameworks, cloud platforms, and APIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
