Job Title: Mid-Level Level Designer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Level Designer to join our creative team in the gaming industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building engaging, immersive, and balanced gameplay experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build 3D game environments that meet project specifications and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of gameplay mechanics and art assets.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of game engines, tools, and technologies to optimize game performance and quality.
  • Contribute to the development of game design documents, including level design concepts, flow diagrams, and presentation materials.
  • Participate in focus testing and feedback sessions to ensure game quality and player satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in game development, with a focus on level design and 3D art.
  • Proficiency in Unreal Engine, including Blueprint scripting and core competency.
  • Strong understanding of game design principles, including spatial awareness, presentation documentation, and flow diagramming.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Preferred Skills:
  • Combat design and game engine experience.
  • Modding experience and game development testing.
  • Unreal Engine material basic knowledge and geographical knowledge.
