Responsibilities:- Concept and execute layout design for various channels, including product interfaces, editorial, presentation design, social media, and display advertising.
- Develop impeccable production skills and attention to detail for assets at scale.
- Work alongside designers and clients to provide production mechanical/template building expertise.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of designers, animators, and art directors to produce world-class work across time zones.
- Ensure designs adhere to guidelines and are consistent across ad formats and dimensions.
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Strong Figma skills and a pixel-perfect attention to detail.
- Ability to keep files, layers, and folders organized.
- Independence in handling small tasks and ability to take on bigger jobs with minimal supervision.
- Contribution to different stages of the production process, from setting styles and layouts to cutting formats and language versioning.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest Figma plugins and industry trends.
- Clear communication and collaboration with designers from diverse backgrounds.
