Sagan is a leading membership community that bridges the gap between global talent and US-based businesses. As a Creative Webflow Designer for Global Teams, you will play a vital role in connecting international candidates with top American companies.

This role requires a skilled Graphic Designer and Webflow Specialist to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for creating visual designs for digital and print media, while handling website design and development using Webflow.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, experience with various design tools, and hands-on knowledge of Webflow. Your key responsibilities will include creating graphics for social media, business cards, and branded content. You will also design and maintain templates in Canva for YouTube thumbnails, customer quotes, and other visuals.

Additionally, you will develop visual assets for print ads, direct mailers, and marketing materials. Your role will involve collaborating with marketing and development teams to implement new features and ensuring brand consistency across digital touchpoints.

The requirements for this role include proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio. You should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva. Hands-on experience with Webflow for web design and development is also essential. Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of SEO principles and web optimization.

Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, you will be an excellent team player who can work collaboratively with our marketing and development teams. Familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.

As a Creative Webflow Designer for Global Teams, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and contribute to the growth of our team. We offer a competitive salary of up to $2,780 USD per month, which is equivalent to a salary range of $33,840 to $33,840 per year. The salary range is based on the location and the level of experience required for the role.

This is a remote position, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST). We offer a flexible work environment that allows you to work from anywhere in the world.
