Senior Creative Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer to lead our brand design efforts in the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for elevating the overall quality of our design work and enhancing brand perception in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a high-quality design portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
- Ensure creative oversight and supervision of design work within the LATAM region, maintaining a high level of brand consistency.
- Identify best practices and scale them to improve design quality and efficiency.
- Develop a wide range of high-quality creative and executive design materials, including visual communications and master layouts for online and offline marketing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in communication design, advertising, fine arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a senior or principal designer in design studios, advertising agencies, or global companies.
- Successful completion of a test task within inDrive.
- Owning design courses certificates is a plus.
