Main Responsibilities

The Event Specialist LATAM NORTH will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and logistics of educational events in the region. This includes providing operational and administrative support, managing event participants, and collaborating with local agencies and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support event deployment and logistics, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities
  • Provide operational and administrative support for event activities and maintain records in the event management system
  • Manage event participants for assigned educational events
  • Support event execution on-site as a backup to the Event Owners
  • Facilitate collaboration within Operational Teams (EO and ES)
  • Manage collaboration with local agencies and suppliers
  • Act as the cost expert for events, managing expenses and driving invoice handling and P&L reporting
  • Manage CME accreditation and compliance approval in Concerto
  • Manage event closing for final reconciliation

Main Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality, event management, public relations, communications, or marketing. They will also have a proven record of professional experience in event organization or project management, with 3-5 years of experience.

  • Knowledge and experience of relevant systems
