As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. Your expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and leadership will play a critical role in maintaining our commitment to excellence.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in quality assurance, software testing, and leadership. The ideal candidate will have +3 years of experience in a similar role and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or quality assurance. The successful candidate will lead our quality assurance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

- Participate in strategies for data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.

- Conduct and review confidence score assessments to ensure ongoing project accuracy.

- Identify potential risks and provide mitigation strategies to team members.

- Participate in retrospectives to analyze past performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Perform confidence score assessments to ensure ongoing project accuracy.

- Participate in root cause analysis to resolve underlying issues in projects.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or quality assurance.

- Quality Assurance Experience: +3 years of experience working with quality assurance teams and testing methodologies, with a focus on software testing.

- Leadership: Leadership skills, including experience leading teams.
