**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Airport Operations Training Lead to join our team in Colombia Bog. As a key member of our training organization, you will be responsible for facilitating American Airlines mandated initial, recurrent, and operational training programs for airport operations employees. Your expertise in international security needs and ability to create engaging training experiences will be invaluable in helping us maintain our position as a leader in the airline industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Facilitate American Airlines mandated initial, recurrent, and operational training programs for airport operations employees
* Engage and guide learners while in training, including OJT, performance assessment, performance evaluation, mentoring, and communication
* Collaborate with other team members across the training organization on various projects
* Develop and maintain productive relationships with corporate departments and station personnel
* Conduct and participate in airport compliance reviews and audits when required
* Identify training requirements and deliver additional training for all airport operation employees

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

* Valid US Visa B1/B2
* Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English
* Proven airline experience and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of airport customer service
* Working knowledge of SABRE skills and proficiency in American Airlines Sabre and/or US Airways QIK Shares system
* Strong leadership qualities and above-average administrative skills
* Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask while retaining a positive approach
* Attendance and training record must be exemplary
