The RoleAs a Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring their success with our products, and driving sales opportunities within existing accounts. You will be a key player in ensuring that our clients are satisfied, growing, and realizing the full value of our solutions while simultaneously identifying new sales opportunities to expand our presence in the region.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in LATAM, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and successful product adoption.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, business objectives, and challenges.
- Proactively monitoring client health and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and product usage.
- Providing product training, onboarding support, and best practices to help clients achieve their goals.
- Resolving customer issues and concerns, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive additional revenue.
- Working closely with the Sales team to convert leads and opportunities into sales, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to customer success.
- Engaging in consultative selling, understanding customer pain points and offering tailored solutions.
- Assisting with lead qualification and contributing to pipeline development in the LATAM region.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales).
- Graduation / Post Graduation in related fields with excellent communications skills.
You should also possess:
- Experience working in or with clients in the LATAM region.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Previous experience in a hybrid customer success and sales role is a plus.
- Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS or tech-related industries is a plus.
