Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Crisis Management and Business Continuity Manager to support our Global Business Resiliency Department, focusing on Latin America.

This role involves overseeing our global crisis management and business continuity program within the region, providing guidance to senior management, division leads, and office/department coordinators on all aspects of the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise the Latin America Crisis Management Teams on crisis management best practices and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional leads to update their crisis management playbooks, ensuring they reflect the latest developments and trends.
  • Design, facilitate, and evaluate regional crisis management team exercises to enhance preparedness and response capabilities.
  • Manage the Gallagher Be Ready communications campaign to promote a resilient culture in the region.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A strong educational background and 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent language skills in English and Spanish, with proficiency in Microsoft M365 products and project management tools.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with executive leadership stakeholders and a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, excellent communication and influence abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
