Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing general accounting and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Accounting Support: Provide administrative support to the finance department, including preparing financial statements and reconciliations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Inventory and Costs Management: Support the management of inventory and costs, including coordination with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives, including technical and business improvement projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of accounting experience, with a preference for shared services experience.
  • Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, knowledge of general accounting processes, and SAP knowledge and experience.
  • Language: Intermediate English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, knowledge of inventory and costs accounting processes, and understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Soft Skills: Leadership, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
