- Advanced, near-native English proficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in market surveillance, transaction monitoring, or related compliance roles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of market manipulation schemes, such as wash trading, spoofing, and layering.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency risk typologies and blockchain analytics tools.
- Proficiency with surveillance and monitoring systems (e.g., Solidus, Elliptic).
- Understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and asset classes, including cryptocurrencies.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ACAMS, ICA, or similar) are highly desirable.
