DescripciónWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Market Intelligence Specialist to join our Executive Hiring team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting C-suite recruitment by providing in-depth market insights and creating comprehensive white paper reports on executive prospects.
Cómo lograrás un impacto- Market Research & Intelligence Gathering:
- Conduct in-depth research on top-tier executive talent and potential candidates for C-suite positions.
- Identify key industry leaders, analyze their backgrounds, and collect comprehensive data on their career paths, organizational roles, and achievements.
- Leverage multiple sources, including professional databases, LinkedIn, industry reports, and public records, to gather data on individuals' professional histories and leadership experiences.
- Collaboration with Executive Hiring Team:
- Work closely with the Executive Hiring team to understand specific hiring requirements and provide targeted intelligence for upcoming C-suite searches.
- Communicate effectively with senior leaders and hiring managers to ensure the intelligence gathered aligns with company objectives and the executive search strategy.
- Strategic Insights & Recommendations:
- Provide actionable insights based on market trends, competitive analysis, and candidate profiles to support the development of tailored outreach strategies.
- Identify and analyze emerging talent pools, market trends, and leadership gaps across various industries.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research, reports, and intelligence in a centralized database.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards for tracking the progress of executive searches and market trends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications in Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, or Market Intelligence is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational structures and leadership roles across various industries.
- Advanced English Level (B2) required
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- In-depth knowledge of market insights, resource mapping, market intelligence and research at competitive organizations.
- Would be conducting Market intelligence and provide details on various organizations structure and hierarchies.
- Creating comprehensive white paper reports on executive prospects.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent written communication skills with experience preparing reports, white papers, and executive-level presentations
- High proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau) and research platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in reporting.
- Ability to think strategically and provide insightful recommendations based on data.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
