We are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Success Specialist to join our team. As a Commercial Success Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success of our Data Center Systems products and offers in the region.

About this Role

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including end-user sales teams, transactional channels, and marketing teams to deliver support on core offer-related requests.
  • You will also provide input to product management squads with market insights and portfolio gaps and/or misalignments with customer requirements for future development.
  • You will lead new offer introduction reviews in the region and drive corrective actions to ensure timely launches of new offers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the P&L in the region for the Data Center Systems products and offers;
  2. Accountable for regions' business commitments during the offer development cycle;
  3. Provide input to product management squads with market insights and portfolio gaps and/or misalignments with customer requirements for future development;

About You

  • 5+ years of working in Datacenter systems or 3 phase UPS related fields in technical and commercial roles;
  • Deep technical knowledge on 3 phase UPS products in the market is preferred;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable to present training, product introduction, marketing presentations to large audiences;
