About the Role

Mace is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the development of large-scale arena projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Delivery
    • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
    • Lead and manage project teams, including stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.
    • Coordinate and manage project resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
    • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to clients, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Project Governance and Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Develop and implement project governance frameworks, ensuring effective decision-making and risk management.
  • Team Management and Development
    • Mentor and coach project team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
    • Develop and implement training programs, enhancing team capabilities and performance.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
    • Experience in managing project teams, including stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong project management skills, with a focus on planning, budgeting, and risk management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Relevant technical qualifications, such as MCIOB, MAPM, or MRICS.
