Job Description

As a Chief Financial Strategist, you will be responsible for leading our financial department and overseeing all financial operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with legal and multinational standards, as well as collaborating closely with the General Manager to achieve the company's financial targets.

Comprising ten established brands, each with their area of expertise, but together offering our customers unrivaled solutions for their pumping and fluid transfer applications.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee general accounting, reconciliations, invoicing, purchases (local and foreign), inventory, portfolio management, treasury, payroll, taxes, financial reporting, and other accounting activities.
  • Prepare and audit monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Evaluate and implement tax strategies to optimize taxation and economic resources.
  • Authorize purchase invoices, inventory adjustments, and sales credit notes.
  • Manage supplier creation in the ERP system and oversee local/foreign supplier payments.
  • Supervise fixed asset activation and monthly depreciation.
  • Coordinate payroll, employee settlements, and other HR-related activities.
  • Monitor and manage portfolios, ensuring compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.
Requirements
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), preferably with a specialization in finance.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking.
  • Results-driven with high attention to detail and quality.
  • Effective teamwork, problem-solving, and customer focus.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer enhanced carer/parental leave, additional holiday, EAP, and more.
