Job DescriptionThe FP&A Strategist will play a critical role in driving financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with budget and forecast
- Preparing, reporting, and providing insights on financial performance to management
- Working closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision support
- Guiding cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Tracking and reporting of operational metrics that impacts profitability. Providing visibility of financial impact of operations metrics.
- Data collection, report design, creation, and dissemination of relevant reports to management
- Collate, analyze, and interpret financial data
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
The FP&A Strategist will identify and drive process improvements within FP&A, improving efficiency through standardization of processes, reports, and templates in Business Finance department.
Financial Advisory & ControllershipThe FP&A Strategist will provide analysis of trends and forecasts, perform variance analysis, and recommend actions for optimization. They will also recommend actions to drive profitability by collating, analyzing, and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Good communication skills
- High proficiency in financial modeling, charts, and graphs
- BPO Industry Experience
- 2-5+ years of experience in any of the following roles: Financial Planning & Analysis, Operations in BPO setting, Business Analytics, Business Finance
