Job Description: As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team in Medellín and globally. Your key responsibilities will include leading HR initiatives that foster a positive work environment, overseeing day-to-day HR operations and Office Management, and ensuring alignment with our global people strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. You should also be tech-savvy with hands-on experience in HRIS systems and have strong understanding of local employment laws, particularly with SENA management knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential.
