To support our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a Director of Human Resources who will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals and objectives.
- Organizational Design: Provide guidance on organizational design, employee engagement, and talent management to ensure a thriving workplace culture.
- HR Process Implementation: Implement and monitor procedures for all key HR processes, including performance management, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, benefits management, and effective communication of processes.
- Employee Relations: Lead employee relations efforts, addressing concerns, and driving resolution through conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Talent Development: Analyze workforce trends and metrics to develop strategies for retention and engagement, and facilitate the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and effective onboarding experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry developments and legal requirements impacting HR practices to maintain awareness and ensure compliance.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Payroll Management: Maintain awareness of payroll processing procedures and ensure appropriate processes are in place to complete routine pay processing effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as an HR Director, manager, or combination thereof.
- HR Best Practices: Deep understanding of HR best practices and strategic HR planning.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Project Management: Proven track record of fostering a positive workplace culture and strong project management skills.
