We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Business Development Representative to join our team at Globant in Colombia.

You will have the opportunity to:

  6. Proactively identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including research, cold calling, email automation campaigns, and events.
  7. Engage and establish relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs, pain points, and objectives. Conduct thorough discovery calls to gather relevant information acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular updates and reports to sales management and marketing team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  6. To be fluent in English and able to work with the North America Market.
  7. To have experience in business sales.
  8. To have experience making executive-level calls, developing written messages that help reach our clients and prospects, making first exploratory calls to really understand our clients' needs and come up with an accurate solution.
  9. To be able to stay organized and manage time efficiently in order to complete daily and weekly goals.
  10. To hold a Bachelor Degree (or be an advanced student) in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.
  11. To have knowledge of Salesforce's CRM is a plus.
  12. To have prior experience in a software services company is a great plus.
