What We're Looking For

We are seeking a talented and bilingual UI Designer to join our Buenos Aires office. As a UI Designer in the User Experience Consulting Team, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling user interfaces that adhere to industry best practices and enhance the user experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, solid experience with design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and a foundational understanding of designing for different digital platforms. You should be able to collaborate effectively within a team that follows a human-centered design process.

Responsibilities
  • UI Design: Develop visually compelling user interfaces for mobile and desktop applications, ensuring alignment with client branding and UX best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the UXEC team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet client needs.
  • Prototype Development: Leverage visual design documentation to create prototypes for clients and stakeholders.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Amend designs based on feedback from clients and team members.
  • Design Documentation: Maintain and follow visual design documentation, ensuring that designs are consistent with established patterns and brand guidelines.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and continuously seek ways to improve design processes and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, User Interface Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI design.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator).
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI design skills and projects.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Work Modality: On-site at our Buenos Aires office.
