Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Hybrid - Medellín

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a supporting role under the guidance of senior designers on projects of varying size and complexity. You will work primarily in a pre-existing framework with established brand standards and visual ID, assisting senior designers in developing product concepts and product designs by following design best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior designers on projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Work in a pre-existing framework with established brand standards and visual ID.
  • Assist senior designers in developing product concepts and product designs.
  • Ideate and iterate UI solutions with designers and stakeholders.
  • Make user-centered recommendations to improve the overall user experience.
  • Use design tools to deliver basic design artifacts.
  • Create pixel-perfect designs in Figma.
  • Communicate design solutions to stakeholders.
  • Review requirements and work off of assigned tickets.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a UI/UX design role.
  • Strong creative, technical, and critical problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in remote collaboration tools.
  • Proficiency using Figma, Miro, and Material UI.
  • Strong understanding of modern design principles and user-centered design.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Able to work within an evolving design system.
  • Familiar with common web and mobile UI design patterns.
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates experience in designing user-centered solutions.
  • Strong English language skills.
