Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team at AgileEngine. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to define and deliver exceptional products
  • Conduct discovery phases, investigate client requirements, and transform requirements into documents or proof of concepts
  • Identify design problems and provide accurate, applicable, and reliable solutions that meet user needs and business goals
  • Make precise short-term estimations and see the bigger picture of project development
  • Conduct user testing sessions, interviews, and research phases
  • Produce and/or curate high-fidelity mockups, specs, guidelines, and assets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equal hands-on experience in a related field
  • Industry experience in web and mobile app design (SaaS, B2B, B2C)
  • Portfolio showcasing related works with prototype examples and documented UX research qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of usability principles and practices, graphic styles, and composition rules
  • Proficiency in using prototyping and online collaboration software
