Role Overview: As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling video content for performance marketing and paid social media assets across major platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing storyboards that effectively communicate brand benefits and drive sales in core markets. This role requires strong skills in video editing, color grading, and animation using tools like Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut.

Responsibilities:

  • Create performance marketing and paid social video assets focused on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snap, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Develop and execute storyboards emphasizing the company's benefits and driving sales in global core markets.
  • Edit and color-grade video footage and audio for various campaigns and performance marketing assets.
  • Add input animations, graphics, text, and sound to enhance footage, including selecting music and adapting voice-overs.
  • E nsure all video content meets brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing & AI tools.


Requirements: A degree in Cinematography, Multimedia, or equivalent work experience is required. Three years of experience working as a Motion Graphic Designer or Video Editor are necessary. Excellent computer skills, including Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut, are mandatory. A current portfolio is required for consideration.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer competitive compensation, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team culture.
