We are a rapidly growing startup at Jumpstart Recruit, seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Executive to drive our demand generation initiatives. Our ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with a drive to win, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Job Description:
The Strategic Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing innovative demand-generation strategies to reinforce our brand, drive new leads, and nurture our existing database of leads. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing integrated paid and organic programs that significantly increase the funnel and overall pipeline
- Implementing a marketing automation system to increase conversion rates to marketing qualified leads
- Improving operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance, and ROI of marketing spend
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation with B2B SaaS organizations
- Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong project management skills with superb attention to detail
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular marketing automation and sales automation systems
Benefits:
