Job Summary

The Customer Journey Optimizer is a critical member of the Quantum Lending Solutions team, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing automation strategies that elevate the customer experience.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and creativity to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation efforts that drive tangible results.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the content team to ensure that all campaign materials are compelling, relevant, and align with brand messaging.
  2. Ensure all content is correctly formatted and uploaded into Ortto for various lifecycle stages.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align strategies and maximize the impact of lifecycle marketing efforts.
