About the Job- Develop and optimize customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and other marketing tools.
- Implement real-time personalization and segmentation strategies.
- Work closely with marketing teams to define target audiences and engagement strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AJO workflows and campaign execution.
- 4+ years of experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics).
- Experience with real-time customer data platforms (CDP) and segmentation.
- Familiarity with Adobe Launch and tag management solutions.
