**Job Title:** Search/Google Ads Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Search/Google Ads Specialist to join our team at Entrepreneur Cooperative. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and improve overall performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Phase 1: Initial Setup and Audit
  1. Conduct a Kickoff Meeting to align on campaign goals, key metrics, and expectations.
  2. Perform a Detailed Account Audit of existing paid search campaigns, reviewing ad copy, targeting, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.
  3. Complete a Competitive Analysis to assess competitors' paid search strategies and uncover opportunities.
  4. Deliver a Benchmark Report establishing baseline metrics for ongoing comparison.
Phase 2: Strategy Development
  1. Develop a Strategy Proposal detailing keyword adjustments, ad copy revisions, bid strategies, and targeting improvements.
  2. Create an Action Plan outlining specific tasks, timelines, and responsibilities.
Phase 3: Implementation and Testing
  1. Implement Campaign Adjustments based on the strategy, including updating ad copy, modifying keywords, and adjusting bids.
  2. Conduct A/B Testing to evaluate the effectiveness of ad variations and targeting strategies.
Phase 4: Monitoring and Optimization
  1. Continuously Monitor Campaign Performance against established benchmarks.
  2. Provide Optimization Recommendations for further improving campaign performance based on data insights.
  3. Conduct a Mid-Pilot Review to assess progress and refine strategies as necessary.
Phase 5: Final Reporting and Strategy
  1. Prepare a Final Report that outlines performance improvements, return on investment (ROI), and key lessons learned.
  2. Offer Strategic Recommendations for ongoing paid search efforts beyond the pilot phase.

**Requirements:**

  1. Proven Experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a technical focus.
  2. Strong Analytical Skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track and measure campaign performance.
  3. Ability to Perform Keyword Research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning.
  4. Experience with A/B Testing and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
  5. Knowledge of SEO Principles is a plus but not the primary focus.
  6. Strong Communication Skills and ability to collaborate with clients and teams.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  1. Experience Working with clients in competitive industries.
  2. Familiarity with Additional Paid Search Platforms, such as Bing Ads or social media advertising.
  3. Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
