Job Title: Search Engine Marketing Specialist

Company Overview:

Staff Boom is a leading outsourcing company that specializes in customized staffing and consulting solutions for small to medium-sized businesses, primarily in the insurance industry. Our services include Insurance Back Office, Accounting/Finance, Customer Service, Lead Generation, Data Entry, IT, Marketing, and Legal Support Services.

Position Overview:

As a Search Engine Marketing Specialist at Staff Boom, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will play a crucial role in driving targeted traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and has a deep understanding of PPC best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management:
    • Develop and implement PPC strategies to achieve business goals.
    • Manage, optimize, and analyze paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media.
    • Monitor and adjust campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Keyword Research:
    • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.
    • Regularly update and expand keyword lists to stay ahead of industry trends and changes.
  • Ad Copy Creation:
    • Craft compelling and engaging ad copies that resonate with target audiences.
    • A/B test ad copies to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Competitor Analysis:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Benchmark and compare our PPC performance against industry benchmarks.
  • Landing Page Optimization:
    • Collaborate with the design and content teams to optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
    • Implement A/B testing on landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns with a focus on ROI.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Google Ads and/or Bing Ads certification is a plus.
Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm.
