Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and analytical professional to enhance our payroll operations. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in dynamic environments and are eager to advance their careers in payroll management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and guide the payroll team, ensuring effective daily operations and fostering professional growth.
  • Guarantee adherence to payroll regulations at all levels, overseeing the integration of payroll data from internal systems into the payroll software prior to deadlines.
  • Drive initiatives for process enhancements that improve the quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of payroll operations.
  • Responsible for tracking, assessing, and reporting on payroll process compliance and performance, while maintaining comprehensive documentation of procedures and local adjustments.
  • Manage resolution processes with key stakeholders, focusing on process design, documentation, and compliance controls.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Experience in managing end-to-end payroll for a diverse workforce using payroll systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and skilled in data analysis.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and auditing practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
  • A degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in payroll processing, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in managing payroll functions, including processing, tax compliance, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English.
