About the Role
This position is part of the Compensation and Benefits team at Abbott, working out of our Bogotá location. As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support management in developing effective compensation and benefits programs in accordance with the organization's reward strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct job evaluations to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.
- Model salary increases to align with industry standards and internal equity.
- Participate in salary surveys to collect internal and external data, informing compensation decisions.
- Conduct analyses to provide input into managerial decisions about the organization's compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
- Advanced Excel skills to analyze and present data.
- English proficiency at an advanced level.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits.
- Knowledge of wage structures and compensation methodologies.
- Project Management skills to coordinate compensation initiatives.
- Valuation of methodologies to inform compensation decisions.
