This role encompasses the execution of the VAS Acceptance business strategy for both card-present and card-not-present transactions across Andean countries, in collaboration with various teams.

- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with clients at all organizational levels.
- Business Strategy Contribution: Actively participate in the ongoing development of business and product strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Visa Product Management and various cross-functional teams to maintain a thorough understanding of existing and new solutions.
- Detail Orientation: Exhibit a disciplined approach to sales methodology, effectively communicating the value proposition of our Acceptance Solutions.
Work Environment: This is a hybrid role, allowing flexibility between remote work and office presence. Employees in hybrid positions are expected to be in the office for a set number of days each week, based on business requirements.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales and relationship management, demonstrating the ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers within client organizations. Candidates should have extensive experience in eCommerce, card-present transactions, and the payments industry, with a minimum of eight years in relevant sales management roles. A relevant bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA preferred. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential. Candidates should have a history of successfully selling complex and technical products and services, showcasing strong consultative selling skills. The ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, is crucial. Strong communication skills and proficiency in productivity and communication tools, including PowerPoint and CRM systems, are also necessary.
