**Job Summary**
Adidas Global Business Services (GBS) is expanding its operations in Bogotá, Colombia, and we are seeking a skilled Credit Portfolio Specialist to join our team. This role is part of our Finance and Accounting department, responsible for delivering high-quality services to our global business units.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can handle medium-size customer portfolios, ensuring timely collection of receivables by working closely with customers and other finance teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving timely collection by following up on overdue invoices, managing customer relationships, and escalating issue resolution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of credit risk assessment, experience with SAP, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additionally, the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish is essential.
As a key member of our GBS team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including process standardization, tools implementation, and other ad-hoc initiatives.
