**Posición**: Credit & Collection Analyst
**Locación**: Bogotá, Colombia
**Reporta a**:Credit & Collection Manager
**Objetivo**:
Liderar el proceso de cobranza de los clientes del canal tradicional.
**Principales responsabilidades**
- Revisa y analiza las cuentas por cobrar de las cuentas asignadas para garantizar que los saldos pendientes cumplan con los términos y políticas de crédito de la Compañía.
- Revisa y da su retroalimentación de ordenes de pedidos retenidos por condiciones de crédito.
- Supervisa los informes por edades de las cuentas por cobrar y contacta los clientes morosos para la consecución del pago.
- Establece acuerdos de pago con los clientes, mantiene un registro detallado de toda la actividad de llamadas de cobro y realiza un seguimiento oportuno utilizando el sistema de gestión FSCM.
- Gestiona la oportuna consecución de comprobantes y detalles de pago.
- Revisa y documenta las deducciones de los clientes asegurando su correcta creación y concilia las cuentas de los clientes.
- Realiza una revisión anual de las cuentas asignadas, actualiza los archivos de crédito y ayuda a volver a calificar a los clientes para los términos de crédito.
- Interactúa y se comunica de manera efectiva con clientes, colegas, personal de ventas y administración con respecto a problemas, políticas y procedimientos de crédito para asegurar el entendimiento mutuo de los objetivos de cobranza y generar resultados positivos.
- Se involucra e influye en otras áreas de interés en el proceso OTC para resolver problemas (Ventas/Administración de ventas/Finanzas/Servicio al cliente/Cadena de suministro/Legal)
- Elabora y analiza informes de cartera mensuales sobre el saldo total de cuentas por cobrar (Snapshot) para los diferentes segmentos.
- Realiza otras tareas relacionadas asignadas por el GBS Credit and collection manager.
- Asegura la correcta aplicación y seguimiento de procesos de acuerdo con las directrices de SOX.

**Educación y Experiência**
- Profesional en administración de empresas, Contaduría pública o afines.
- 3 años o más de experiência profesional en el área de cuentas por cobrar (preferiblemente en empresas de consumo masivo)
- Preferiblemente con conocimientos en SAP y FSCM
- Conocimientos de Microsoft Office: Word, Excel intermedio o avanzado, Power Point
- Ingles intermedio.
