**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this fast-paced startup environment, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, sending technical tests, pitching candidates to Team Leads, scheduling interviews, and being a great ambassador for Neostella both internally and externally. If you prioritize candidate experience, always follow up with people (regardless of the news), and have a drive to build something special, read on.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and interviewing candidates for positions such as RPA Developers, Software Developers, Business Analysts, Sales Development Representatives, and other skillsets as needed
- Owning the entire recruiting lifecycle from sourcing, sending technical tests, pitching candidates to Team Leads, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and negotiating salary
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate profiles with detailed information
- Coordinating with leadership and the People & Engagement Team in the US and Colombia to determine hiring needs and current coverage
**Requirements:** 2-4 years of experience in Technical Recruiting, preferably SaaS; ability to source active and passive candidates is crucial as we move quickly; must thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances; dedication to candidate and employee experience is essential; B2 level of English or better required
