Our dynamic team of consultative marketers, creatives, analysts, and technologists challenge traditional ways of planning and measurement through meticulous testing and data science across each milestone of the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social and paid media native platforms.
  • Effectively executing builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels.
  • Lead execution of optimizations with regards to performance improvements relative to goals.
  • Manage all client budgets and/or advise on budget changes based on expertise.
  • Proactive internal communication with team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items.
  • Weekly client progress recaps, outlining performance insights and future recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, 1-2 years in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Direct Response marketing, specifically in E-Commerce, Lead Gen, or B2B.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media's place in the funnel.
