This RoleWe're seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our People Team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing our HR systems and processes, contributing to operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work independently, problem-solve effectively, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities- Lead complex HR projects, including compensation review cycles, contract negotiations, and system implementations.
- Develop project plans, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Streamline HR operations to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Oversee PTO accruals, Leaves of Absence, US Payroll Processing, and Benefits Administration.
- Experience with and strong proficiency in/project managing systems implementations and integrations at scale.
- Owning the full life cycle of US payroll and benefits administration, including running Open Enrollment cycles.
- Designing, implementing, and administering compensation cycles.
- BambooHR, Lever, Small Improvements, and CultureAmp or similar HR systems.
- Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets skills.

- $120,000 - $150,000 per year (estimated salary range)
