**Responsibilities**:_
**Talent Acquisition**:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent in the real estate and tech sectors.
**Employee Relations**:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and maintaining open communication channels.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
- Conduct regular check-ins and exit interviews to gather feedback and implement improvements.
**HR Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance and proactive adaptation.
**Performance Management**:
- Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Support managers in conducting regular performance reviews and identifying development opportunities.
**HR Administration**:
- Manage HR documentation, including employee contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Administer benefits and leave programs, partnering with external vendors when necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience (+10 years) as an HR Manager or Lead Recruiter, preferably in the real estate or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English level Advance (C2)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
