About the Role

Movate is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting complex network issues, and collaborating with other engineers to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and troubleshoot technical tickets in a timely manner
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues
  • Collaborate with other engineers to resolve complex network problems

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in support engineering
  • CCNA, AASX, AASP, or equivalent certification
  • Desirable: CCNP or other advanced certifications
