**Job Description:**

In this role, you will be working as a Customer Service Expert. Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels
  2. Working with confidential customer information while maintaining the highest level of discretion
  3. Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner

**What You'll Need:**

  • Intermediate-advanced level of proficiency in English, Portuguese, or Spanish
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
