**Job Description:**
In this role, you will be working as a Customer Service Expert. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels
- Working with confidential customer information while maintaining the highest level of discretion
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
**What You'll Need:**
- Intermediate-advanced level of proficiency in English, Portuguese, or Spanish
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
