About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Representative to join our team. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication with clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a related industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
