Head of Product

Alegra is seeking a Product Growth Leader to lead the team in building products and features that drive the solid and sustainable growth of the user base within Alegra's product. This role plays a crucial part in delivering a positive user experience and fostering interaction with our current users, always with a focus on the long-term product growth.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate, supervise, and control the production of each sub-team within the area.
- Evaluate and track individual performance of each team member.
- Create new features, improvements, and product development to expand the company's growth and reach to a broader audience.
- Train the team in the constant pursuit of new ideas, education, knowledge, and experience.
- Maintain a 100% focus on improving the end-user experience throughout the entire product discovery process.
- Develop customized career and professional development plans for each Product Owner.
- Define and reach consensus on the key functions of the roadmap for each product.
- Ensure the proper implementation of documentation, communication, and tracking processes with the Development/Engineering team.
- Participate actively, alongside other department directors, in the overall growth strategy of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in fields such as Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related disciplines.
- Experience in leading Product teams (minimum 4 years).
- Ability to connect business and user needs with the creation of a successful product.
- Capability to think in the long term and identify future opportunities.
- User-centric thinking.
- Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken, C1).
- Passion for reading and continuous learning.
- Enthusiasm for the digital world and emerging technologies.
- Motivated and possessing a strong ability to maintain team independence.
