Head of Global Procurement Operations

Job Description: As Head of Global Procurement Operations, you will be responsible for executing our global procurement strategy, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries, and delivering process automation, financial risk management, and innovative customer solutions. You will manage offshore and onshore resources, as well as Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service delivery, while maintaining compliance with all represented policies and controls.
Role Responsibilities:
- Serves as process owner over global functions such as accounts payable, master data, and payment operations in the procure-to-pay space.
- Ensures team provides quality and timely resolution for level 2 customer inquiries.
- Manages daily operating activities as a service to deliver process automation, financial risk management, and innovative customer solutions.
- Manages offshore and onshore resources in addition to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service delivery.
- Communicates process issues or updates to stakeholders, assesses and recommends opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
- Experience using Oracle, Tableau, and Coupa preferred.
- Experience managing procure-to-pay processes with reliance on metrics-based performance management tools.
- Experience managing a diverse, multi-functional group.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
