Head of Strategic Insights and Performance

As the Head of Strategic Insights, you will lead the IFP Insights team in setting goals and vision for the team, manage work prioritization, and coach and manage the team members. Your expertise in customer research and data analysis will help drive business decisions and inform strategies for delivering better care for billions of people around the world.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of major research studies that follow research best practices and methodologies.
- Partner with business function owners and stakeholders to prioritize research budget and identify areas where customer research can provide greater insight.
- Create customer journeys, qualitative reports, insight frameworks, and user personas that synthesize data and findings.
- Identify or develop immersive and interactive methods for helping stakeholders and the CX strategy/design teams understand customer needs and experiences.
About You
You have at least 10 years of experience in insights/customer research at a large multinational. You have the ability to influence the organization and senior leadership, drive change, and lead a team. You possess strong stakeholder management capability, communication skills, and fluency in English. Other languages, such as Spanish, are a plus.
