The Opportunity

This position is part of our Compensation and Benefits team at Abbott, working out of our Bogotá location. As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will support management in developing effective compensation and benefits programs aligned with the organization's reward strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct job evaluations to ensure fair compensation practices.
  • Model salary increases based on market data and internal equity.
  • Participate in salary surveys and collect internal and external data to inform compensation decisions.
  • Conduct analyses to provide input into managerial decisions about the organization's compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • English proficiency at an advanced level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Compensation and Benefits.
  • Knowledge of wage structures and compensation methodologies.
  • Project Management skills.
