Key Responsibilities**Foster a Culture of Excellence**
Identify opportunities to drive incremental business growth within the market, aligning with Lenovo's One Lenovo culture.
**Build Strategic Partnerships**
Develop and leverage key partner and customer relationships to drive business growth.
**Coordinate Sales Efforts**
Collaborate with sales and business group leaders to determine the right Lenovo resources to support market opportunities.
**Lead a High-Performing Team**
Build and manage a high-performance sales team that understands the benefits of the complete portfolio.
**Drive Market Operations**
Own the business management system (BMS) at the market level, including target setting for each team.
**Develop Business Plans**
Agree on annual budgets and produce a detailed annual business operating plan covering PCSD, ISG, and SSG.
**Understand Market Dynamics**
Build a go-to-market (GTM) plan with business group and sales leaders to maximize growth for all business groups.
**Market I&E Responsibilities**
Responsible for the market I&E (PCSD, ISG, & SSG).
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or sales-related field.
- Master's Degree (desired).
- 12 years of relevant work experience.
People manager roles typically require a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
