Job Summary

This is a key leadership role that drives strategic people initiatives and fosters a collaborative, healthy work environment at Electronic Arts. We are seeking an experienced People Practices Manager to partner with our site leaders and teams to deliver high-impact talent programs and provide expert guidance on HR best practices.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have 7 years of progressive experience as an international HR business partner or generalist, with expertise in using data-driven insights to support the business. They will be responsible for building and administering locally compliant people processes, representing EA to local authorities, and working closely with senior HR Leadership to deploy needed strategies or resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration & Collaboration: Develops and implements locally compliant HR processes in partnership with EA centers of expertise, ensuring effective collaboration and representation with local authorities.
  • Site Leadership/Cultural Steward: Works with managers, employees, and departments to develop a healthy, cohesive, collaborative, fun, and fair workplace culture.
  • Coaching: Partners with managers to provide unbiased coaching and counsel to enhance manager effectiveness and improve individual and team capabilities.
  • Talent Readiness: Delivers global talent initiatives, including talent planning, focal review, and performance management, ensuring senior HR Leadership is aware of site needs.
  • Insights & Analytics: Utilizes HR technology, business intelligence, and local market information to provide data-driven insights that drive sound outcomes.
  • Business Acumen: Understands client and market business models, priorities, and cultural nuances to inform operational strategy.
  • Program Delivery: Locally delivers core PE programs within defined timelines and acts as a point of escalation for local managers.
  • Change Management: Partners with site leadership and global partners to assess change readiness for People initiatives, providing localization input and collaborating to drive adoption.
Qualifications
  • Written and oral fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in a relevant field combined with 7 years of progressive experience as an international HR business partner or HR generalist.
  • Experience using data and data-driven insights to support the business.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR requirements, HR best practices, HR administration, employment laws, and employment customs, with the ability to translate that knowledge into scalable solutions.
  • Outstanding project leadership and delivery experience, overseeing region-wide, high-impact talent programs across the business.
  • Experience creating healthy organizations, driving transformation, and helping culture be a competitive advantage.
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
