In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that improve support-related processes and our customers' technical support experience with minimal guidance. You will be responsible for driving customer communication during critical events and leading retrospective meetings, while also collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and providing mentorship and guidance to team members.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a similar field, as well as a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in software development using Microsoft .NET development, front-end web development, and relational database design. You will also need to have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.

Estimated salary: $105,000 - $125,000 per year.
