TikTok is a global leader in short-form mobile video. As the Client Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for driving business strategies across different verticals in the Peruvian market. You will manage a team of Client Solutions Managers and partner closely with the Head of Sales in business planning and market opportunities. Your deep knowledge of online media combined with excellent communication, interpersonal relationships and analytical skills will be essential in this role.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team at TikTok, which plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the Client Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for leading and driving business strategies across different verticals in the Peruvian market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Peruvian market, its industries, and how TikTok can best serve these advertisers.

Responsibilities
  • Become an expert in the Peruvian market and main industries (Retail, Education, Finance, Telco, Auto)
  • Collect and disseminate best practices and strategies across the market to vertical teams, both locally and globally
  • Work closely with Brand Partnerships Managers & Client Solutions Managers to win, maintain and grow strong client relationships with our largest advertisers
  • Leverage data to identify opportunities and create vertical best practices / playbooks that drive client business positive results
  • Coach Client Solutions Team on consultative, data driven campaign analysis and selling at scale
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A deep understanding of online media and its applications in various industries
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal relationships, and analytical skills
  • A proven track record of success in a sales or business development role
  • Familiarity with the Peruvian market and its industries
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
